Set up time starts at 8:30am in and around the Village
Square in Botany Village, Clifton, NJ.
Clifton's Historic Botany District Inc. will assign your space.
Clifton's Historic Botany District Inc. will provide 6 Bands to perform through
out the day.
The selling of Narcotics and Alcohol is strictly forbidden. Weapons such as
knives, guns, etc
real or toy is strictly forbidden. The sale of pornographic material is
forbidden. Vendors selling
these types of merchandise will be asked to leave with no refund.
Food Vendors must obtain there own permits for food from the Clifton Health
Department and
propane from the Clifton Fire Department. You can purchase these permits at
Clifton City Hall.

to provide their own insurance. Clifton's Historic Botany District Inc. will
provide security throughout
the entire event. Feel free to call upon them if you need assistance.
Payment must be paid in advance. A $10. late payment fee will be charged if CHBD,
Inc. needs to
collect the payment that day.
